Easy to converse with and we shared many laughs. I felt like I was hanging with one of my girl friends ? I love my new piercing and she was very thorough about care instructions/what to expect. Knew what cut I was talking about . Was thorough , attentive and listens to what u want, and did a great job. I will be going back. Nice little shop! And affordable even for a senior citizen.“
