After looking at several homes and builders, we decided to go with Homes by Chapel Hill/Kings Way Homes for the design and construction of our new house. We enjoyed working with everyone on their experienced staff. The most fun was working with Vac on the architectural design and plans, fine-tuning the plans with Deb and then doing all the selections with Becky. Pam provided awesome guidance with the process, scheduling and pricing through the sales and contracting process. The construction phase was fun to watch and see the plans come to life. We highly recommend the Homes by Chapel Hill/Kings Way team!

After looking at builders and going through model homes for almost a year, my wife and I moved into our new Kingsway home and really love it. We had a really great experience building and highly recommend Kingsway. We enjoyed working with everyone through the building process, from our very knowledgable sales person to our project superintendent, it was a stress free process. They also sold our existing home and did a fantastic job!
