Home Instead was just what we needed when my sister was recovering from a serious fall. They immediately set up a Care Plan and then worked with us along the way as she healed and improved in all areas. Their flexibility in tailoring the Plan was appreciated. When we ran into a couple minor bumps in the plan, they quickly responded and made the appropriate adjustment. The Caregivers were friendly and helpful and the administrative team the same. Finding the right care and feeling comfortable bringing them into your home can be unsettling, but I give them a definite thumbs up and recommend their services.
