Home Instead was a great company to work with in getting some assistance for our mom. The staff was attentive and the scheduling was seamless. Thanks to all who cared for our mom with such dedication.
This in-home care service was for my father. He can be difficult to please and get along with. He very much liked the caregiver who stayed with him during the day, five days a week. All of out family members who met and interacted with her were also very much impressed with her. Also, I have nothing but good things to say about Home Instead and the administrative staff with whom I interacted. They explained their services - which the assigned caregiver carried out - and they were easy to reach on the phone and quickly responded to any of our requests. I highly recommend Home Instead to anyone who needs a caregiver to stay with, and take care of, a loved one.
