Excellent service and nice personality!!
Home Instead was just what we needed when my sister was recovering from a serious fall. They immediately set up a Care Plan and then worked with us along the way as she healed and improved in all areas. Their flexibility in tailoring the Plan was appreciated. When we ran into a couple minor bumps in the plan, they quickly responded and made the appropriate adjustment. The Caregivers were friendly and helpful and the administrative team the same. Finding the right care and feeling comfortable bringing them into your home can be unsettling, but I give them a definite thumbs up and recommend their services.
Sherry has been an amazing caregiver for our father, Melvin Lemmer. Her attention to detail, and the communications with our family through her notes are exemplary. Sherry had the ability to navigate the complexities of taking care of our father, a centenarian, which greatly contributed to honoring our father’s wishes to remain as independent as possible. Sherry anticipated and adapted to our father‘s changing needs and communicated next steps. Sherry consistently went above and beyond and never backed away from a challenge. Sherry is a true gem of a caregiver and we have been fortunate and blessed to have her involved in our lives.
