Great selection on the various types of fireplaces. We used them as the installers and the took care of everything (framing, electrical and natural gas). Experience was top notch from selection to installation. Will be using them to install another unit in out lower lever.
Zero degrees and dead furnace. I called expecting the worst. Showed up in about 2-3 hours, the entire furnace was fine, the lines were all frozen. Thawed it all out and the price was totally reasonable. Technician was awesome, even in a dark unfinished farmhouse basement, thank you.
Michael K. took his time to figure out what was going on with our fireplace, it hasn't worked well for over 5 years, and he figured out what needed to be tuned up, adjusted and cleaned out. He did a great job for us, and we have used the fireplace more in the last day and half than we have in the last couple of years. Thank You!
