I was in a panic on a late Friday afternoon as my Father was struggling to take care of himself but he was being released from a recent hospital stay. She was calm and understanding….spending quite a bit of time on the phone with me that evening. I felt so much better when our call was done, knowing that I was not alone.She even called me the next day to see how both myself and my father were doing!
