Tom is a trustworthy person to get your computer fixed with. He gave me a price quote for a repair that would be really expensive, and offered a workaround tot he problem that was WAY more affordable. This is someone who gives you honest answers! I know many people who have recommended him so he was my first stop when my laptop had a problem. Couldn't ask for better help. From now on he is my first stop for computer troubles.

Owner Tom is a very knowledgeable and patient person when it comes to computers and what would work for our home office. We bought a refurbished Lap Top, Refurbished Dell Optiplex Tower, and a new TP-Link Router in November 2025. We took our old computer tower and lap top to him not knowing if we would get different systems that day. We did and he took the time to transfer all of our information from our old machines to our new ones. It was great. And he checked and rechecked to be sure everything worked before we left his store! I’m a UWW student and I came in for a screen flicker issue on my new laptop and Tom was able to fix it easily! He went above and beyond teaching me what he did to fix the issue and helped me learn a lot more about my laptop. Would recommend for anyone who is having laptop issues especially college students!
