I learned of Forward Physical Therapy at CrossFit 608. I’ve been involved with athletics and weight training since my teenage years. I had some pain and injuries that were not healing as I reached 50. Jedd treated my injuries and developed a treatment plan to improve my pain. The treatment I have gotten is by far the best I’ve ever had. The explanation of what caused my pain and how to treat it have kept me active since the day I walked through their door. There is no question that I’ll feel better after an appointment. My surprise was I’m now more active than I’ve been in 20 years. This is best physical therapy I have ever received. I have been working with Kristen for several months with a focus on mobility. It was immediately confidence inspiring and refreshing to see Kristen's genuine enthusiasm and focus. She listened to my history, and worked with me to identify my goals, based on me and my lifestyle. Her relentless pursuit of knowledge was impressive, and it seemed as if Kristen had some new exercise or mobility drill at each appointment! Speaking of appointments, I never felt like I was rushed through a visit, and not once did Kristen shift her focus away from me as the patient. Lastly, Kristen always left me with a customized plan to continue my care at home. She included detailed explanations, and demonstrated each exercise and mobility movement to make sure I understood them.
