MS R&I CONSTRUCTION LLC

Called on a Wednesday night for a deck project! Thursday spoke on phone multiple times to finalize details go over quote etc. Friday signed contract and on Monday the project started. Matt and his dad are very reliable. Always showed up, Are hard working and put in many hours every day to get it completed. Was done way ahead of original schedule. Supplies came in a few weeks earlier so that helped a lot. They worked in rain, wind and heat. Will certainly use MS R&I again for all my housing project. My deck is amazing and very sturdy! They did an awesome job from start to finish.

Matt and his “crew” did a great job at reroofing and residing our house. He was very professional from quote to finish, always quick to return our calls and keeping us up-to-date on the projects. Matt and company could be counted on to work every weekday, even in scorching heat, gross humidity, Canadian wildfire air quality and pounding rain. Excellent work ethic guys!!!

We are super pleased with the final result after having Matt complete a significant reno project on the exterior of our home. The house looks like new, and he went the extra mile to seek and find the garage doors I had become set on. Quality work, clearly defined timeline and expectations, finished on time (even early!) and on budget (for all intents and purposes). Would recommend.
