We just had our new home inspected by JR's Inspection Services and we could not have asked for better customer service or quality! I spoke with the owner, Brendon, to make our appointment and he was able to get us in within a week (which was SO nice because we're doing a quick closing). He answered all our questions about what we could expect and was very polite. We had Daniel as our inspector and it was a very smooth, and enjoyable, process. This is my first time buying a home, so I had a lot of questions and concerns. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional! He walked us through any areas of concern, answered all my questions, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. He was very clean and respectful of the new house, made sure to wear shoe covers while inside, and was very detailed with his inspection. We received the full inspection report from them in less than 24 hours and it was very detailed, organized, and easy to read. The report had many pictures and recommendations that were clear and concise, which makes it a lot easier for us to know exactly what needs to be fixed, how to fix it, and when it should be done. Brendon is fantastic at what he does. Very knowledgeable and also very honest and straight forward. Most thurrel septic and well inspector I’ve seen. I use him on my own home and also rental properties along any properties I buy or sell. He’s great to work with and a fair price . Don’t shop around this is your guy!
