I have been using SmartStyle for the last ten years across five states and 8 cities and will say this location in Eau Claire WM is the worst as far as stylist class and professionalism. They can cut hair just fine but languished appearance from the view being clean looking and I am out referring to the cool hairs colors. They also have some uncool comments I have over heard as I am getting my hair cut. The salon MGR and District MGR need to really have a training plan for these stylists. It’s fine if they owned the joint but they have no clue as to what damage is being done to the SmartStyle name. I brought my sons in for basic haircuts awhile ago. I don’t have high expectations for a discount salon in Walmart. Cuts turned out fine, but the hairdresser was so incredibly unprofessional. She kept making fun of my 12 year old because his hair was long and “poofy.” She kept saying he looked like a mushroom. She also kept going on about how my other son’s eyebrows needed grooming. It was a horrible experience for both of them and I’ll never go back.Service: Haircut

I went in today to treat myself and I barely ever do I normally do my own hair but these girls rocked really did a great job and then even went above and overboard for me and they even came over to Sally's when I couldn't find the right hair color to match up my extensions so really you girls rock there keep up the good work you're appreciated
