I had reached out to Nick in February to demolish an old barn on my property that was becoming a liability and unsafe. I specifically just wanted the barn brought down and the debris moved to a particular area on the property, (Nick did offer to also have the debris removed but I had plans for some of the materials so I did not need any removal). He not only took the barn down as requested and moved the debris to the requested area, he also separated the materials as best as one could (barnwood, metal, beams, concrete/bricks, shingles, etc) into their own piles. My neighbor and I had our driveways repaved at the same time with Cripe Contracting. Using Asphalt finings reduced the cost to 1/4 the price.When finished, I was absolutely amazed at the quality, attention given to appearance and professionalism. Unlike the usual method of asphalt application, this one allowed us to immediately use the driveway afterwards.The entire process end-to-end took a single day. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Nicholas was very friendly and incredibly talented.
