They're a good company to rent from. The landlord that I had for most of my time renting through them doesn't work there anymore but the company as a whole is good. Timely maintenance requests completed. Friendly staff. We had a fire in our building while I lived there and they handled it well. Hardly any hidden fees. They do increase your rent every year but that is to be pretty much expected with renting. The rent that i started with was reasonable but it started getting a little steep as it increased each year.

Hello my name is Jason, I think they are a wonderful company too rent from. If I ever have a maintenance issue they come and fix it right away. I've lived in my studio for a long time. I'm very grateful they have not raise my rent too high since I'm on a fixed income.
