Highly recommend this company. Our AC went out during a heat wave and we needed a new unit. Even while they were swamped and super busy, they had a new AC in for us within 2 days. The communication and customer service was excellent!
Performance Heating & Cooling in East Troy, WI is hands-down one of the best HVAC companies I’ve worked with. Jeremey and his team are professional, honest, and incredibly responsive. They replaced my furnace in February 2025 and just installed a new air conditioner this past week (May 2025). Both times, the work was done quickly, cleanly, and with great communication throughout.

I had a great experience with Jeremy and his team. He gave me an accurate quote and was quick to get started. He explained the process thoroughly. I bought an older home that needed duct work upstairs. Nonone else wanted to touch it. He's hard working and fair price. I would recommend them to anyone.
