Was in town for a vacation and used the gym. Called ahead to make sure they were staffed. Got signed in quickly. Very clean and well organized. Was able to do everything I would normally do at my YMCA and was very pleased.
It was a really friendly, clean, and fairly quiet place to get a workout in. I have been enjoying Sheri's heart and soul group class on Mon/Wed. However, I hope more class options become available. And I wish the infrared saura was fixed in the ladies' locker room.
Recently joined this gym and am very impressed with what they offer. It's clean, setup well and offers a large variety of weight machines, cardio machines and free weights. Looks like the have a nice group class schedule as well but have not signed up yet.Overall, comfortable place to work out. It is also very well maintained. Keep up the great work!
