I discovered a huge hornets nest, on Sunday, of course. I called knowing they weren't open, everyone needs a day off sometime. I left a message and someone called me back within an hour to get my info. Jeff was here Monday before noon. He took care of everything. Bye bye hornets!Great customer service, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend

We are so impressed with the customer service as well as the effectiveness of the treatments. We have been with BPC for a few years now and feel that they have our back. Recently when I called because I was seeing a few ants, they came out that same day and treated our place again. They are not there just to collect a check and say "see you next year."
