From the moment we walked in, the friendly and professional atmosphere put both me and my dog at ease. The facility was clean and well-organized. She took the time to understand my preferences and my dog’s specific needs, ensuring a personalized grooming session. Megan always does a wonderful job with our English Setter. Our deaf dog tends to be scared with strangers and that is NOT the case with Megan. Our pet loves being there and she always comes out happy when we pick her up.Highly recommend The Grooming Lab!

We have HARD time to find anyone for our puppy's groomer. That is where Megan stepped in and gave us a WONDERFUL customer service, texts, and keeps us posted!! I am highly recommended to the appointment with her before too late!
