Keith's Auto Body Inc

Keith's Auto Body Inc. is a reputable auto body repair shop that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some clients have had a pleasant experience with the company's professional and kind staff, such as Garrett and Tyler, others have encountered issues with the receptionist's rude and inflexible attitude regarding scheduling.

The reviews suggest that the quality of the repair work is generally excellent, with vehicles being returned in better than new condition. Customers have praised the communication and honesty throughout the repair process, and the timely delivery of the vehicles, sometimes even weeks ahead of schedule.

However, some customers have experienced challenges with the scheduling policy, where they were not properly informed about the process or were unable to secure a repair date despite previous communications. This has led to frustration and unexpected delays.

Overall, Keith's Auto Body Inc. appears to provide high-quality auto body repair services, but customers should be proactive in ensuring they have a documented repair date to avoid potential scheduling issues.
