I came up to my family's lake house to discover there is no hot water...again. I left to go to the grocery store and saw the truck drive by just as I was leaving so I took it as a sign. I called them and someone was there in less than 3 hours. They tried to repair the heating element again but the water heater needed to be replaced. I assumed they wouldn't be able to do it since it was almost a holiday weekend but they did. The pricing was great and they were able to explain to me what the problem was, why it kept happening and how to prevent it from happening any more when we shut the house down for the winter.

Absolute rockstars! Brad and Jessie were fantastic and prompt. I was worried about bathroom pipes bursting and brad was honest, clear, and kind in addressing how to fix it.I will continue using their services as long as I’m here. The house is really old, and I feel like I’m covered with them, even in the middle of winter. Stop reading and call them.

Great! Brad is a true professional. He has worked with me on a few of my investment properties and now I wouldn’t call anyone else. He has great relationships with the building inspector which helps expedites the jobs & always shows up when we need him.
