Within ten minutes, I got a call back letting me know that Taylor was willing to keep an eye on my son so I could still get my hair done. I honestly could have cried. I wasn’t able to take them up on it (for everyone’s safety 😆), but the compassion, flexibility, and genuine “we’ve got you” attitude meant more than I can put into words.
