Kathy, our RN, was phenomenal--warm, expert, and patient, walking us through every step while making us feel at ease. The helpful assistant from another Quintessa location (originally from Brazil) was a delight too--her friendly energy and professionalism added such a welcoming touch (sorry I can't recall her name for a proper shoutout!). The pristine facility, smooth process, and natural results had us leaving happy with zero downtime. Quintessa Delafield turned a family treatment day into something fun and stress-free.
