I can’t say anything but amazing things about the services I have received. I am working with Carol currently and she is just simply amazing. Don’t get discouraged- mental health is a marathon not a sprint. Some things may seem silly or like yeah I already know that — however when you put it into focus daily and really do the work beautiful things begin to happen. Trust the process and Gals they have nothing but great intentions and an amazing staff!!

Updated review:My original therapist moved so I started seeing Sofia and did EMDR with her.Absolutely changed my life and I am so much healthier now.I’m shocked how much it helped me.EMDR is very intense, but I highly recommend it!The lack of self love I had when I first started with Heather, growing with her, and now after EMDR having so much love for myself is astounding.Original review:I was able to find the best therapist of my life here and I’ve grown so much because of it!! So thankful for gals institute!

Therapy services for males & females, ages 6 years old and up. Specializing in family systems, anxiety disorders, trauma, addictions, parenting, depression, mood disorders and marital conflict. Our mission is prevention and healing for the adolescent, individual, couples and family. Workshops & groups are held throughout the year that help build resiliency and leadership for kids 6 and up. Keep an eye out for our Parent Series of Workshops that help support families. Gals Institute is contracted with 6 school districts, which allows us to provide in-school services to students.
