Therapy services for males & females, ages 6 years old and up. Specializing in family systems, anxiety disorders, trauma, addictions, parenting, depression, mood disorders and marital conflict. Our mission is prevention and healing for the adolescent, individual, couples and family. Workshops & groups are held throughout the year that help build resiliency and leadership for kids 6 and up. Keep an eye out for our Parent Series of Workshops that help support families. Gals Institute is contracted with 6 school districts, which allows us to provide in-school services to students. My daughter sees a therapist at GALS and also the nurse practitioner and we have had nothing but a positive experience. My daughter is learning and using coping strategies for her anxiety and actually looks forward to her appointments with her therapist.
