I have been going to Craig Berns for around 18 months. Because of my schedule, I have visited several experts and they all have done a phenomenal job with both cut and color. The service is always super professional and I am always happy with the end result. I appreciate everyone there and would highly recommend this salon to anyone in need.

*Updated*I am leaving this review on my Wife's behalf, she is too nice of a person to do so. I am unhappy with her experience, and this was her first interaction with the Salon, we are new to Wisconsin. She specifically told the stylist, "naturally looking" highlights that would blend in with her natural hair. Overall was ok, but a few streaks in the front were so light, it looked grey, even our kids commented on it looking gray. She schedules an appointment the following day to get toner(I guess, I'm a guy) to blend it better. After she was done, they charged her for the Tone. I have been coming to this Craig Berns location in Delafield for over a year, and I regularly see the lovely Sadie. I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else, even though I drive over an hour to get there. It is my treat on my days off, knowing I will be warmly greeted at the front desk and that my hair cut will be precisely what I am looking for. Sadie is very talented and sweet and makes the entire experience wonderful. I am soon going to be exploring their other services as well.Service: Hairstyling
