Do not ever second guess yourself with taking you vehicle to carisma! Customer service is amazing and their work stands alone. Professional in every sense on the matter. I got audio work done there and im extremely satisfied with the results. (Amps, subwoofers and more) in my 2024 silverado. Ive also been witness to the other body styles work they have done just by being a repeat Customer and noticing other vehicles they work on. Being from this area in wisconsin we are lucky to have carisma. You may find cheaper but you will get cheaper work. Went in on short notice to have a repair fixed from another place and they took care of me right away. Was expecting them to set up an appointment for the future, but nope my man Dillon said “I got you!” Made my day and weekend. I give them an A+++. Last year Carisma did the ceramic coating on my Escalade and this year was time for the annual inspection. They did a great job as always and you can tell they take pride in what they do. I will always work with them on my current vehicle and future vehicles.. highly recommend
