Small dirt fenced in lot with a gate, porta john, dumpster, and a shipping crate with load straps and bars and whatnot. Some car parking and overnights are allowed. Its a drop lot, you've all been to one.

Had an issue and needed a reefer truck asap on a weekend. I called every trucking company around me in a 100-mile radius. They were the only ones I got on the phone, and they were able to get one going to us right away.
