We contacted Fox to provide a second quote for a pricy chimney liner estimate. Jayson was very personable and knowledgeable, very thorough in his explanation of our options and provided multiple options for us to take care of our chimney issue. Their quote was considerably cheaper than Madison service providers. NOTE: we've booked the service and will provide follow up after the service is completed in a month or so.***Follow up. Service was completed. They showed up on time, communicated well with us throughout the work. They even charged less than quoted because they weren't able to complete some of the work due how our chimney was constructed (not their fault)....read full review

Every year Fox services our well used fireplace and chimney. They have maintained it beautifully and safely. Excellent service, response and prices. Recommended without reservation.

I have had Fox clean my chimney flue for the last six years. They are always courteous and professional. They leave everything spotless. This time they did a significant chimney tuck pointing and brick replacement on my 8’ x 3’ x 4’ high, five flue chimney outside. They did an outstanding job. It looks great and it was not an easy task. I’d recommend them for any of this critical work.
