Jacob came out a couple of days ago to take a look at our garbage disposal. He was right on time and friendly. He got the issue resolved quickly and even wiped out the sink/cleaned up the gunk left behind from the water that wasn't draining. Then he took the time to review how to prevent and fix the issue it if occurs again. If I need service in the future, I will definitely call them again!
Jacob was awesome. He explained what he was going to do and what needed to be done. If I still lived in Beloit area I would request Jacob for all.of my plumbing repairs. But since I don't I will recommend Tom Plumbing and recommend Jacob as the plumber. Thank you Jacob for fixing the leaks and helping get the house ready to be sold.
