Called Mike for some help on a shower pan in a park model rv. It wasn’t something he normally did and his workload has him very busy. He took the time to have me send him some photos of my job and he texted me back right away and gave me the guidance I needed to complete the job myself. Also he said contact him if I have any issues. I’ve had a business for 45 years and that’s the way I treat people and it was a joy to have that come back to me. We have a a six-foot open doorway between the kitchen and family room that was sagging. Josh had to tear it down to the studs to get to the problem. I was worried about how he would put it all back together and make it look like it did before (without the sag), but he did a beautiful job. I highly recommend Northern Handyman.
