“Went in to urgent care, after prior calling, but they said I don't need an appointment I can just walk in.
After I went in they checked me in right away. The wait time to see the nurse and the doctor was just around 5-10 minutes.
The front desk lady was very nice, checked me in nicely. The nurse Annika was helpful and supportive and did all the initial checkup procedures very well.
And doctor Cruz was also very good to me. He listened to my case and answered my questions properly. He checked me very well and ordered the proper needed tests right away.
The samples were taken quickly after that, and I was told that I will be called same day with the results, and I don't need to wait there.
I went home and that same afternoon I was called with the results, all results normal.
Really pleased with the quick and caring service. Thanks to all the team.
