Best customer service I have ever experienced!!! Called at 6AM with no hot water. Set up an appt for 9AM. A few minutes later called me back to let me know my current water heater had a warranty. Ted and helper arrived at 9:00 and I had a new water heater replaced under warranty in less than an hour. Wonderful people and a wonderful business! Thank you so much🥰

Working with Thorne Plumbing was fantastic! When my water heater unexpectedly went out, they worked with me to get it replaced the same day.
