Being a Senior citizen, I went to Millhouse Accounting to have my taxes done due to selling my duplex the previous year. Michael looked through all my paperwork and told me that I didn't have any taxes to pay. First time seller of a home doesn't have to pay taxes on the sale of it. Also, with my income for the year, I didn't have to do any tax forms or pay any taxes in. Plus, I wasn't charge for my appointment. The staff was just as nice as Michael was and I was so thankful that I went there. Blessings!
