Service is wonderful and so is their selection. Really great if you buy in store however if you're ordering online their delivery estimates have absolutely nothing in common with reality and it will take a WHILE to get your floors. However if you aren't on a time crunch or are willing to choose from what they have in stock that day in store they're really great!

I had a great experience yesterday. I was given wrong information about the return policy from the sales team in Duluth and online. It is a four drive for me to get there and then sales manager made it right. Can't beat a company that stands by it word. The product was great and installed without a problem. We order again if I need it in the future. Thanks
