“We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Chris. We had a smaller scale plumbing repair that we normally would have done ourselves, but with the cold temperatures, we didn't want to risk turning the water off and encountering an unexpected problem. After reaching out to several plumbers, Chris was the first one to get back to us. He had great communication, punctuality, fair rates, and he was very thorough in explaining things to us. Although we hope to never have any plumbing problems again, we do hope to work with him again in the future on some improvements around our home.”
