I’ve been part of the Man Flow Yoga community for 5 or 6 years. MFY was and remains very approachable for me. And stuff is always improving here. By “stuff” I mean quality and organization of instructional videos, podcast, the virtual community. Everything. All the stuff. Just keeps getting better. MFY is now a part of most every day for me. Maybe small. Maybe big. Maybe loosely attached, but attached. BTW I even pull out the mat and blocks a couple times a week.

This summer I had the goal to work on my flexibility by doing yoga. I've done it here and there and knew about Flow Yoga as they do classes outside of the studio such as Rooftop Yoga at Titletown Brewing, and Yoga in the Park at Voyager Park in De Pere. What was great was their summer drop-in deal of $8. After attending a beginner's class, the instructor recommended me to try their Slow Flow Yin class on Sunday mornings. I started trying that out every week and really enjoyed it. It's more of a long stretching class than a normal yoga class. Val is a great instructor as she always asks what the class wants to focus on. If no one pipes up, she always has a great plan in mind. She does a great job of keeping this light with a little humor, but also staying calm and keeping us all relaxed. What I enjoy is that you don't have super bendy to get a good stretch. They have items such as the blocks, pads, and a stretching band that helps you get the stretch that you're supposed to get. Summer is at an end I'm now considering getting a membership there.

I checked out the studio while visiting De Pere from Miami. Awesome yoga and the instructors have all been great and very welcoming! I'll be going most days whenever I'm in town! Thank you!
