Unfortunately I was not even given the name of the cabinet company when I ordered them last Spring 2024, at Wisconsin Building Supply in Plover. And since it was my first time looking at a kitchen remodel I didn't know I should do that. But I should have thought of looking at reviews of the cabinets and hopefully would have been told the company name and what they are made of. Buyers remorse after putting these cabinets in a 140 year old home. I stated upon meeting the designer that I wanted wood cabinets because they were going in an older home. I would give 0 stars if i was able to!!!! Horrible response to issues. Takes weeks to get warranty work completed. Quality control sucks, no way some of my new cabinet should have ever been shipped with poor quality or damage that was on the fronts. Took 3 months from delivery of cabinet to cabinets being installed amd completed with all.issues that arose.

I wanted to match the cabinets that I already had, both style and stain. Their stain dept. took 3 times to get it close enough to use over a period of 10 months. I signed off on the stain match at a 25% mark-up for stain matching. When I received the cabinets, the stain did not even come close and had a white haze to them. I rejected them. They said they could fix the stain match. That attempt was closer but did not match their own stain match sample. So they made another set of cabinets and sent them unfinished. They have not / will not reimburse me for the $2,600.00 dollars for the stain matching mark-up. So I have to stain them myself and while I am at it I may reinforce areas in the construction where they installed plastic "braces".
