“If I could give 10 stars I would. Late mo day afternoon at the start of a 7 day heat wave. Called at 3. :30. Technician was here 5:15. Took his time but didn't have the part he needed. Assured me he would be back first this Tuesday. He was and had us up and running by 8:00 . My husband has dementia and asked some crazy questions and Zach treated him kind. They are wonderful kind honest company“
