Excellent service. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with all of our questions. Hands down one of our best contractor experiences. A coworker also recommended Sierra Concepts for their work when finishing their basement.Highly recommended.

Sierra concepts and I have had several interactions and they have always been professional, reasonable and upfront. My own house was waterproofed by them and we have had zero issues with water leakage. There is constant construction and possible changes to my homes foundation from construction next door but I have had zero water entrance in any part of my home. Sierra did spray my neighbors house and the spray (tar) got all over my car, my siding and my patio. The workers spraying were kind enough to warn me prior to spraying that they were doing work and I should close my window to avoid inhalation.
