I took my very sickly cat to the Northern Lakes Shell Lake office after calling 14 clinics and not being able to get in. I then returned and on Saturday and Monday to the Cumberland office to get more care for my pet. Dr. Sarah Horak-Paulson and Dr. Nele Leiterman were very professional, thorough, and empathetic and my cat is doing much better after their expertise and care!

Would highly recommend this vet. Not only did they fit us in on a Saturday morning they worked with us on the time being we were coming 45 minutes away. They treated our cat like he was there own, even gave him a treat.

We had a great experience! The staff and doctor were great. We were taken to the room quickly and seen promptly. Dr. Armstrong was very caring and great at explaining. We are new to the area and are thrilled to have found our new vet!
