HOPS AUTO SERVICE is a knowledgeable and honest auto service business. Customers have used them for many years for service including oil changes, suspension work, tires, check engine lights, and alignment. They are known for fair prices and fair rates, doing a great job with quality work. The business is friendly and provides clear explanations. They also offer non-ethanol gas and free popcorn. Customers have zero complaints and highly recommend their services.
Have been taking our vehicles there for quite a few years for service. Everything from oil changes, suspension work, tires, check engine lights, and alignment. Fair price and to their word every time. Even told me what I needed to do to fix it myself once when asked. Will continue to use them. Also has non ethanol gas on each pump for my small engines.
I've gone to Randy for three years now, with three different vehicles. He's always struck me as an honest, knowledgeable, no-nonsense mechanic and business owner. I've never known him to try to finagle me out of money; he seems to charge fair rates for the work he does; and he always does his best to explain any issues I've had with my vehicles in a way I can easily understand. I have zero complaints, and nothing but nice things to say about him and the quality of his work.
Although they didn't have the tire size I needed in stock to help with my blown camper tire, they were so good about recommending another guy in the close area that could help me.
