I once worked for a great vet for 4 years. Dr. Hess is like him. She is not a corporate vet running a "business." She is an excellent veterinary diagnostician, and she cares about the animals. I totally trust her judgment, and there are not a lot of vets (or doctors) I can say that about. If you want a snazzy new building, this is not your place. If you want a great vet for your animals, you can't do better.

Dr. Hess was always my veterinarian for my hamster, Buddy. She always took great care of him everytime I brought him in. She had always helped Buddy and I feel comfortable whenever we were there. She was very helpful, and honestly, better than any previous vet I have ever gone to with other pets. The environment at the clinic is also very welcoming. One of the cats that are there while the vets are working came to cuddle for a bit and its helped my anxiety a lot while waiting for Buddy. I highly reccomend giving this vet clinic a try.
