Jeff of Rymer Heating is our Comfortbilt Pellet Stove Technician specialist. He is prompt, knowledgeable, reliable and professional. We purchased a Comfortbilt HO50S pellet stove from Home Depot in January and started using it at the end of January. Just before Valentine’s Day we experienced an Alarm code that although the user manual from Comfortbilt Pellet Stoves has many useful troubleshooting links and videos we could not get our pellet stove to feed pellets. We had our pellet stove serviced by Rymer today and we are very pleased! Called when the stove went out on Sunday and came to our place in Pembine on Tuesday. Very knowledgeable and he has most parts with him in his truck. Was fixed and ready to go in no time. Good to have someone in the area that not only services pellet stoves but is so reliable also! We will be calling again in the future if anymore work needs to be done. Good job!!!
