“Jeff of Rymer Heating is our Comfortbilt Pellet Stove Technician specialist. He is prompt, knowledgeable, reliable and professional. We purchased a Comfortbilt HO50S pellet stove from Home Depot in January and started using it at the end of January. Just before Valentine’s Day we experienced an Alarm code that although the user manual from Comfortbilt Pellet Stoves has many useful troubleshooting links and videos we could not get our pellet stove to feed pellets. We were certain that it was an auger issue as everything but that seemed to be functioning per the diagnostic testing process.
