I went to Lisa for dry needling for neck and shoulder pain. She was very informative in explaining the entire process. She suggested many helpful things for at home care and took the time to show me additional stretches.
She followed up with several emails to inquire about my progress in getting pain relief. She continued to go above and beyond with helpful suggestions. I highly recommend Lisa!
I went for my first 90 minute message today at S & B, feeling very sore and tired after a fall and a house move that required me to go up and down the stairs dozens of times in a short period. The incredible Emmie listened so well to my story and tailored a message which fit my needs perfectly. I feel SO MUCH BETTER! I will be returning to her again very soon, and look forward to further work and exploration of other modalities as well. In addition to my wonderful experience with Emmie, the place is so beautiful and peaceful, and the intake/reception staff person Bella was so personable and helpful.. I Highly, highly recommend!!
