I have had hip & lower back pain most of my life. When it reached beyond severe painful heights, I was referred to LSM Chiropractic in Cottage Grove by a friend. Dr Anderson was phenomenal from the start. Thorough with his questions on my pain levels, history, everything. During an adjustment, if it hurt too much, he would accomodate. He provided me with plenty of stretches that still help me today. Months later, I have little to no pain and it is glorious!

I spent 4 months on a waiting list and hundreds of dollars in copays to see a PT for a piriformis issue I was having. The exercises I was given did little to help. Desperate to find anything to get me running again, I went to LSM. After the intial adjust I felt SO much better, and it only was a fraction on the cost and time! I feel really lucky to have such a great chiropractic team helping me.
Dr. Pennekamp is amazing. I couldn’t move without excruciating pain. (think #10 on the pain scale) After one visit, I was moving better and after two visits I could sleep in my bed again. I didn’t think that would be possible in such a short time.
