While having carpeting put in, the company installing the carpet noticed an issue with the floor. They contacted Simon at Troyer construction. They were able to view the problem, give a estimate, and fixed the floor. They were professional, I would highly recommend them.
Simon is a master craftsman and took the time to build a remarkable space for us to make family memories for years to come. Excellent job!
Contacted the closest roofing contractor to us and I'm glad it was Simon! We had a leak coming through our ceiling drywall. Simon came and inspected the roof and we decided to start with the drywall replacement (cheapest option) to see if it was an actual roof leak or something else. Thankfully it was just a disconnected roof vent and his team did a great job fixing things up, new drywall & texture matching looks great. All very nice and honest guys.
