I reached out to Sixth Sense Service through messenger to ask a few questions. They were very prompt in responding and were able to schedule a service call within 5 days. Russ called to confirm our appointment time and arrived within the window. He was courteous, professional and respectful. He was able to identify the problem with our clothes dryer and had the parts to fix it. He walked me through the issue, reviewed the fix and cost before proceeding. He then tested the machine,while cleaning up, and talked through the repairs before payment. We are keeping his contact information close and will reach out to him first for assessments.
