“Our family is so impressed with the work done by American Landscape. We carefully researched multiple landscape companies within the area before deciding to go with them. Within days of contacting them for general information about our project, Alex come out to our house to survey the area. He talked to us about what we were wanting, took some quick measurements and told us he’d be back to us soon with an update. We had a model and quote emailed to us that same day. Alex was open to our ideas and any initial changes that we wanted to make. After putting down a small deposit, we were scheduled on the calendar. The crew that worked on our retaining wall and patio were absolutely amazing. They made sure everything was level and laid out perfectly. Alex came out throughout the project to ensure that we were happy with the progress and answered any questions we had. We also made some major tweaks mid project that caused the project to triple in size to what we planned while the crew was working on our original plan. Alex turned around a plan and a quote to those major tweaks within a day and the crew was able to pivot to what we wanted without hesitation. We couldn’t be more happy with the way our project turned out and will be contacting them to do future work on our yard. “We finished a project over a year ago in our house in Glendale. We spent the winter discussing it with their sales rep/manager who was never able to give us a proper diagram or pricing because “you never really know until you get into it.” Our 5 day spring project began in late June and took only 5 days to complete - they just neglected to tell me that those five days would be spread over a month. In the end, the work was first rate and the crew was excellent. We have no complaints about that. The final accounting was a bit suspect and - without question - their sales rep was unreliable and unresponsive. For the quality of work and final results , we give highest marks; for the angst and frustration of getting to that point..:let’s just say we wouldn’t do that again.“
