The experiences that I have and are having here are beyond Phenomenal. I came here after Covid and did the Floating. I was hooked! Then life events happened up until recently. So I am back at it. I missed it so much. It really releases tension, stress, body aches, headaches, muscle soreness, and mental fogginess. I feel 110% better every time I leave. (I don't wanna leave-lol). If you haven't tried Floating, it is a must. You will not be disappointed. Plus all the staff and place is so nice and welcoming.

My boyfriend and I had a great Halo IR Salt/Sauna session! It was so relaxing and the aromatherapy towels at the end were amazing. Laurie was so informative and gave us a tour of the center. We will definitely be back!

I HIGHLY recommend Grace! She is so great! She tailors each massage to my concerns and I always feel so much better after my appointments! Great for relaxing and/or working out tight muscles! I’ve done a lot of “masseuse shopping” and Grace is literally the best!
