Riverview Animal Hospital is known for its kind and knowledgeable staff. They provide excellent care for animals, making even routine exams and vaccinations smooth and informative. The staff are all so friendly, and clients rarely have to wait long to go into a room. They attended to pets pretty quickly after being put in a room and are sensitive to pet owners' feelings. The team works together to make vet visits as pleasant as possible for both animals and their owners. They will try to help and make suggestions over the phone rather than requiring an appointment if it isn't necessary. They even accommodate last-minute appointments and provide comfort during difficult end-of-life experiences. The hospital uses helpful tools like Adaptil/Feliway diffusers in exam rooms and is dedicated to cooperative care. Overall, Riverview Animal Hospital stands out as a top-notch clinic, highly recommended by its clients.
I have 3 animals. I have tried 2 other Vets in the area and Riverview is the one I stay with. The staff is very friendly. The environment is warm and welcoming and my animals are not as stressed in the rooms. They are usually prompt with appointment times but can get backed up with emergencies. They are efficient but never make you feel like you are being rushed out. I’ve been going there for 6 or 7years.
Great staff and great vets. Even my dog doesn’t hate coming here as much as she does other vets, maybe that’s the peanut butter talking, but either way we highly recommend these guys!
I absolutely adore Riverview. Incredibly clean facilities, great pet care, and very kind staff. I moved 30 minutes away from my old apartment which is very close to Riverview - and I refuse to switch clinics. I absolutely adore them. 10/10. I would give 6 stars if I could.
